Terms of Service

1. The service
ScanTOdeal provides software tools for creating asset pages, QR codes, inquiry management and analytics for assets offered for sale or rent. ScanTOdeal is not the seller, buyer, renter, broker or payment processor for the underlying asset transaction.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for information published through your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful purposes.
3. Listings and content
You must have the right to publish the photos, documents, descriptions and contact details you upload. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and availability of the assets you list. We may remove content or restrict accounts where necessary to protect users, comply with law or enforce these terms.
4. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Promotional trials may require a payment method and may automatically convert to the selected paid plan when the stated trial period ends unless cancelled beforehand. The trial price, end date and recurring price are shown before activation. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Unless required by law, charges already incurred are not automatically refundable because a subscription is cancelled.
5. Free and paid plan limits
Plan limits apply to published assets. If you downgrade or a paid subscription ends, you may need to reduce the number of published assets to the limit of your new plan before publishing additional assets.
6. Asset transactions
ScanTOdeal does not verify or guarantee an asset, seller, buyer, renter, price, condition, ownership, title, documentation or transaction. Users are responsible for their own due diligence and agreements.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use ScanTOdeal for fraud, spam, unlawful goods or services, impersonation, infringement, malicious code, unauthorized data collection, or activity that interferes with the service or other users.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product evolves. Material changes to paid functionality will be communicated where appropriate.
9. Account deletion
You can request account or personal-data erasure through Privacy & requests at any time, including during an active subscription. Self-service account closure is separate, may be subject to billing restrictions, and does not certify complete data erasure. We review erasure requests and explain any lawful retention. Cancelling renewal, withdrawing from a contract and requesting data erasure are separate actions.

11. Consumer rights and withdrawal
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable, you can exercise a statutory right of withdrawal from a subscription contract. Use Withdraw from a contract to submit a declaration and obtain a receipt, or email scantodeal@gmail.com. We assess the applicable deadline and refund entitlement based on the contract and applicable law. A cancellation of future renewal does not waive statutory withdrawal or refund rights.
12. Listing rules and reports
Our Listing rules explain acceptable content and reporting. To report illegal content or ask for reconsideration of a moderation decision, use Privacy & requests and provide the relevant asset or decision reference. We do not guarantee a particular number of views, inquiries or transactions.
